Ladies only Fitness

Ladies only fitness Program is Intense, challenging, rewarding and fun. We combine the use of Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Battle ropes, Boxing, etc to create a complex workout system designed to burn body fat.

This Master class caters for beginners through to competitive athletes. Our 'No Frills' environment is designed to get real results.
