Whats happens here?

This program will give you the edge when it comes to fat loss! We have combined this program will allow you to work step by step with one of our coaches in helping you to make that body transformation forever.


This plan will offer you a variety of eating plans, which will help you maintain or continue to lose body fat while preserving muscle tone.


Once you have purchased this package, you will be required to follow the Stage 2 seven days eating plan.


Moving forward, one of our team will upload different seven-day eating programmes, based on your new weight and target goals.


For example, if you have a further one stone to lose, you will be prescribed a plan based on your new weight.


Ideally, before starting this plan, you will be required to complete the stage 1 programme. However, we can also consider joining this programme if you are having been following a healthy eating regime.


Once you have joined this programme, you will need to complete a Goal setting form, and then the right plan will be selected.


The main objective of the programme is to consume the right amount of calories to fuel you for exercise while reducing body fat and maintaining lean muscle weight.


You will be required to follow the programme to the letter.
