This ladies only service is intense, challenging, rewarding and fun. The exercise session targets common stubborn areas such as legs, hips, bottom, arms and stomach. The overall aim is to reduce body fat and to improve body strength. The workout combination of free weights, body weight exercises, battle ropes, sandbags etc., will also help improve cardiovascular fitness. Working in a small group, with like minded individuals, helps to give that support, encouragement and motivation and is an excellent way to socialise and make new friends.
