The Gym
Our one-to-one and group personal training can occur at the Burford Sports Gym, that's fully equipped and private. Alternatively, training can be attended outdoors or in an appropriate area.

You live a busy life, so your membership should reflect your lifestyle. This membership offers you 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month, with no-hassle cancellation after this period which we can set up. Call us to learn more about these options.

One to One Personal training session:

Personal Training sessions are booked by appointment only. I will try to be as flexible as to suit your busy schedule.

Group sessions are as follows:
​
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Time: 6:00 - 6:45 pm
