Our one to one and group personal training can occur at the Burford Sports Gym, that's fully equipped and private. Alternatively, training can be agreed to outdoors or in an appropriate area of choice.

Whet you choose One to One or Group sessions are the most popular low budget membership category, providing flexibility for people on the go. It comes with no pesky extra fees, so you can get started exercising without any worries.

You live a busy life, so your membership should reflect your lifestyle. This membership offers you 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month, no-hassle cancellation after this period which we can set up. Call us to learn more about these options.

Session Times

One to One Personal training sessions:

Personal Training sessions are booked by appointment only. I will try to be as flexible as to suit your busy schedule.

Group sessions are as follows:

Ladies only morning sessions:
Days: Tuesday and Thursday 
Time: 06:00 - 06:45 am

Ladies only evening sessions:

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Time: 18:00 - 18:45 pm

Men only evening sessions:

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 19:00 - 19:45 pm
