What is Total Change?

Total Change is a body transformation programme. It is designed to help you, break the past and to move forward, with a new body and mind focus. 

The focal point of Total Change is to help you achieve long-term dietary and exercise changes or to take more exercise on a regular and permanent basis.

Our programmes are designed, to take you back to basics in thinking and understanding. You will discover, everything you need to know with regards to managing and controlling body weight.

We believe that by changing your eating and exercise behaviours, this will help keep your mind on track and focused. With the right mindset, you will be able to make better lifestyle choices. Naturally, in time you will be able to develop your own coping strategies, especially when emotions are triggered and you feel like quitting.

How does Total Change work?


Total Change programme is powered through our online fitness APP. This will allow us to partner with you to help build your personal health and fitness programme, which will help you stay in shape for life. 


We have developed three programme stages, which is designed to take you from one level of change to the other. For the Total Change programme to work, you need to complete all three stages consecutively.  


Stage one is for 12 weeks and Stage two is for 4 weeks ongoing.


The programme caters for all goals from weight loss to bodybuilding. It is required for all individuals to complete all three stages, however, for those who already meet our requirements can start either at the 'Intermediate' or 'Advance' stages of the programme.

Metabolic booster and Weightlos up to 10kg in one month

12 weeks programme

Stage 2

Maintenance programme which offers you different eating plans to help you with your weight management programme.

4 week programme

Stage 3

Bespoke Nutrition and Exercise programmes. Sports Nutrition for Athletes.

4 to 16 week programme

We want to take that load off your shoulders and offer our expertise, by creating a Bespoke fitness programme that will help you achieve your goals whilst matching your lifestyle and budget.

Within a few weeks, you would have developed the right mindset, to embrace the aspects of following a challenging programme that will help you lose weight and change shape rather than resist or fight it.

We are developing an online community, for you to learn from our expert knowledge and to bring together, a network of like-minded individuals to help keep each other focused and motivated.

Does this program involve drinking diet shakes, or taking diet pills?

The answer is no. Our programme will help you to discover the right foods to eat, that will help you lose and maintain a healthy weight. Supplements, if added, are only meant to complement your diet but not to replace meals.

Is this programme for people wanting to compete in bodybuilding?

No. This programme caters for all types of goals. While we do offer to coach for those wanting to compete in sports like bodybuilding, our aim is for our clients to eat correctly to help achieve whatever goals they set.

I’m useless when it comes to following any diet. I quit very easy what makes this different?

This program offers you support through our trainers and our community on our various social platform. We will help develop strategies, that will help you get through those tough moments, especially when you want to quit.

I have type 2 diabetes and on medication, but need to lose weight, do you cater for cases like this?

Yes, we cater specially for those who have diabetes and high blood pressure. We will make special considerations and monitor you carefully throughout the programme. Please make this is information is disclosed when joining.
