It has made me think long and hard about myself, my attitudes and behaviour when it came to my health goals and my attitude to food in general.
I told the author of this diet plan that if i had seen it randomly in a magazine i wouldn’t have done it… written down it looked hard, doing it was hard…particularly the beginning, the first 13 days. its still not too easy, but i am spurred on but this result and the mini wins i am having everyday.
My milestone benefits right now are
I walk faster
i bend faster
My knees do no hurt
I am so excited to move forward.. I feel blessed and highly favoured to have found this…
discipline, focus and indomitable spirit… is what it has taken so far…
