You have the option of training at our private gym, work or in the comfort of your home. All training sessions are initially tailored, to meet current levels of fitness and ability, with a viewpoint of steady progression to ensure you hit your goal targets. All of this is packaged with the experience, expertise and motivation given by your trainer.

  • Your own personal training app were you will be able to access your Nutrition and Exercise programme from any device (IOS and Andriod).

  • Free initial consultation.

  • One to one Personal Trainer.

  • Customised nutrition and exercise programme. 

  • Live messaging and support.

  • Weekly progress and results tracking by Email, Messaging or Skype. You will be able to ask questions with your trainer through our messenger system on a weekly basis or monthly Skype calls can be arranged.

Ladies only Boot Camp

This ladies only service is intense, challenging, rewarding and fun. The exercise session targets common stubborn areas such as legs, hips, bottom, arms and stomach. The overall aim is to reduce body fat and to improve body strength.  The workout combination of free weights, body weight exercises, battle ropes, sandbags etc., will also help improve cardiovascular fitness. Working in a small group, with like minded individuals, helps to give that support, encouragement and motivation and is an excellent way to socialise and make new friends.
